Do you have blood circulation problems? Try Green Tea

Green tea has powerful antioxidants and great vasodilating effects, meaning that it increases blood circulation, which is important in getting oxygen to the body's tissues.

In general, green tea is minimally processed, which means its leaves are withered and steamed instead of fermented like others types of tea. This keeps the tea's catechins, especially epigallocatechin-3-gallate or EGCG, intact and more concentrated.

Drink at least one cup of green tea daily to improve circulation and intercellular exchange, increase metabolism and boost your immune system.

We have a variety of green teas in the shop, organic, with fruit, green and white mix.  All sold by the ounce!
