In some traditional systems it is credited with the ability to treat arthritis, fevers, headaches, and toothaches.

Brewing Ginger Root for tea, heat water to a boil, use 1 level teaspon of ginger root per 8oz of water and brew for 5 mins.

What is the Healing Sanctuary?

The Healing Sanctuary is held at My Sereni-Tea the 3rd Friday of every month.
It is dedicated to the memory of Maricio Panisset, the extraordinary Brazilian healer known as the Man of Light, the Healing Sanctuary is a sacred place where you can receive the wonderful energies of Love, Light and Healing.

You are invited to come and receive the beautiful, spiritual gifts channeled by Delphi University healers for your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.  Individual healing sessions are given without charge, to all who come.  Everyone is welcome.

Please wear white clothing and set your intention for what you want to receive, consistent with your highest good.

Having Trouble sleeping? or getting to Sleep?

We have had lots of people come into the shop for a tea to help them sleep?  We offered Spa Relax Tea and the feedback is wonderful.  Spa Relax has Gingko, St John's Wort and Chamomile in it, it taste divine and it relaxes you giving you a good nights rest.

We also have  Fidnemed Nightime Tea... this tea is an herbal blend of Lemon Balm, skullcap, Hisbiscus and hops flower, valerian root, passionflower, lavender flowers and is Organic.

Do you have inflammation of the joints?

The most common difficulty with joints is inflammation. This is connected to movement and communicaiton and indicates a fear of the future or resistance to what is happening, a buildup of angry or irritable emotions, or an inability to say what we are really feeling.
What is making you feel so hot or fired up inside? What is so irritating that it is restricting your expresssion? When the joints are sore or inflamed, then the feelings being expressed are often critical, irritated or inflexible ones, so we need to release the cause of those feelings.

Did you know?

In 1904 the United States was ready for the world to see her development at teh St Louis World's fair.
Trade exhibitors from around the world brought their products to America's first St. Louis World's Fair.
One merchant was Richard Blechynden, and he owned a tea plantation.. He had planned to give away free samples of hot tea to the visitors at the fair, then a heat wave hit, and no one was interested in hot tea.

So that he did not waste the tea, this merchant added ice into the brewed tea and served the first 'iced tea'.   It was a great success.
